    为自己找个依靠

         很多时候我们很容易软弱,但表面却装作坚强。

        作为女人的我们,以为可包容一切,最终付出一切却乱了心。当感到不安,是因为我们把自己闭封在自我细小的世界里,把负面情绪“委屈”在心里,不懂得释放转坏的能量,无法舒怀。

        当你把变坏的感觉和情绪内化,让自己一个人承受和承担时,你迟早会崩溃。

        理论上,人是必然孤独的,没有人能代你活下去,可感情上,你无法找到一个依靠点的话,无依无靠便容易崩溃。当能量掏尽了,世上最强的人也会倒下。

        我们累了,能量跌到谷底,情感受创,助长负面想象,一切顿然变得灰暗,失去意义。必须提醒自己:这感觉只是脑神经倾向负面反应的惯性循环回路,而不是生命真实的反映,别认同它。

        当能量下滑时,不要死撑,人是孤独的动物,但不用执着孤独。找个感情的依靠点,譬如爱人,譬如宠物,譬如自己,譬如神,放在心里,爱着他/它,然后对自己微笑,说声感谢。不要计较这依靠点是否真实存在,人就是人,要依靠比自己更强的感情支柱活下去。

          不要介意依靠,毋需顾存面子或什么,人本来就是群体的动物,没有执着孤单的理由和需要。抓紧一个让自己定心的依靠点,平静自己,然后超越自己,能提升的话,才能体会生命的意义。
